Custom Orders
Please note that all products are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been placed.

Air Bubbles in Products
Minor air bubbles may occur during the shipping process. These are a natural and unavoidable result of transit and handling, and do not qualify as a defect or grounds for replacement.

Damages & Order Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if applicable.
